WTF!!! THE ANSWER IS A RESOUNDING SOUTH PARK!!!!! SIMPSONS IS OVERDONE AND CHILDISH NOW.

FAMILY GUY IS GOOD, BUT THE JOKES ARE SOMETIMES OVERDONE AND CARRIED ON FOR WAY TOO LONG TO GET AN "AWKWARD LAUGH".

SOUTH PARK IS THE SHOW WITH CURRENT REAL ISSUES THAT THEY MAKE FUN OF IN THE MOST ORIGINAL WAY. IT IS POLITICAL, RACIAL, AND CULTURAL GOLD, AND ALWAYS HAS A SUBTLE MORAL TO EVERY EPISODE. NO QUESTION, SOUTH PARK IS THE ULTIMATE OF THE 3.

SOUTHPARK = 9.6/10

FAMILY GUY = 8.9/10

SIMPSONS = 8.1/10

it would be hard to pick one.  the simpsons has the most disparity between the best and worst episodes (it went bad->good->great->ok->good) and i believe family guy is the most consistent.  if you're looking for gross-out humor than south park takes the cake.  if i had to pick for overall, i'd take mid-90's simpsons, followed closely by family guy and then south park.
