i remember this quote from the simpsons and i cant figure who says it or where its from, all i remember is someone saying "Down I go"

It's from the episode "Marge In Chains" from the 4th season, in which Bart imagines an escape plan for Marge where he clocks the prison warden with a crowbar after dancing with him in a cocktail dress and a wig. Before the warden passes out he says "Down I Go"
