Im pretty sure it was the episode where Homer meets 2 g*y guys, Weird Al guest stars, etc. One of the g*y guys says something oddly logical, to which Homer responds "...Makes .. sense....." (in an "um, o...k........" tone). What was it??

I thought that was the episode when Homer sees Flanders having a bath then Homer says "Hey, Why are you wearing a swimsuit?" and Flanders says "So I don't accidently see my noodle" then Homer says "hmm makes sense..." ;)
