Sims 2: Apartment Life. How do you move sims from pleasantview to belladona cove?

I just got the sims 2 apartment life expansion pack. I want to move my sim, who lives in Pleasantview, to Belladona cove. When I put my sim into the sim bin and go to Belladona cove, my sim is not in the sim bin anymore. How do i move my sim to Belladona Cove???

You have to move your sims to the sim bin...either in their home or more them out, whichever you prefer. Once they are in the sim bin, you can put them in a different hood (whichever one you choose) BUT they lose their jobs and their friends. You basically have to start over with that.

Here's how I did it with sims:

1. Have your sim buy a house in Pleasantview (if they don't already have one)

2. Move the house to the house and lot bin.

3. Go to Belladona Cove. The house should appear in the house and lot bin.

4. Place the house somewhere in Belladona Cove.

5. Move the sim to the sim bin (if you want them to move to a different house)

i think u cant its like in the original sims where they have all different number spaces when u switched to the empty one your sims only exists in the neighbour hood u created them ..

DO NOT move sims between neighborhoods in the bin.  It can seriously mess up your neighborhood.  You can use the SimPE to move them, or the easiest way is to just recreate the sim in Create-a-Sim in the other neighborhood.
