Sims 2 HELP PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!?

Question

ok... i have the sims 2 and all the expansion packs on my laptop and have played it for a while

but now, the skin is white as paper with random writing on it.

also, when i go to make a sim and live mode, the faces get stretched alot and have lines going through it to both sides of my screen. PLZ HELP!! i really wanna play

It sounds more like your video card drivers are corrupt.  Try downloading and installing the most up-to-date video drivers and see if that doesn't correct the problem.
