Sims 2 (Modthesims2) question about DOWNLOADING stuff?

Question

1. I have my downloads enabled.

2. I created a "Downloads" folder with a capital "D" under documents>ea games>sims 2>Downloads

3. I unzipped all files with a Winrar or something called similar

PROBLEM:

When I am playing the and go under the "Collections" tab for the clothes, nothing shows up! WHAT IS GOING ON???

Karina is right, you don't find clothes in the collection folders. Collection folders are usually for groups of themed objects called sets. You can download sets from places like modthesims2 but you also have to download a collection 'icon' for them to show up as a collection. There are also lots of themed sets that Maxis has grouped as collections too, like 'Nightlife Build Set',  'Modern Set' etc.

Now if you want to find your clothes you have to go to a community lot and see if they are there in a shop that sells clothes. Or open Bodyshop and just look for them there.

dont go to collection tab just go where all the clothes are at!! hope i helped ♦♣♥♠
