Sims 2 apartment life help? witchs and bookcases?

1. were can u find the witchs really easy? i cant spawn them :(

2. what book is it 2 get the book 2 turn and its like a door?

To meet the witches, go to a commnity lot and meditate.  They always turn up.  I found they were really quick at the pavillion.  Have fun x

I met her in Central Park, but it wasn't easy. The book to turn morgana's bookcase is under "read book" and then it's something like "mysteriously mysterious mystery novel". Click to read that and you will go through. Hope that helps :-)
