Sims 2 apartment wont pop up?emergency ! 10POINTS ?

okay i just bought the sims2 apartment life .. and im trying to download it but when i put it in my computer nothing pop ups ? i dont know what to do plz help me !

go to "my computer" and select the icon for sims

ummm not sure have you tried going to my computer and clicking it from there?

Go to My Computer and double click on the icon for the CD.

Do you have DVD-ROM? My game is only DVD compatible only so if you don't have a DVD-ROM that could also be the problem.

But it's more likely that the auto-run function has been switched off so just go into My Computer, double click on the icon and follow the instructions.

You can turn auto-run back on by clicking either an icon at the top of the window or going into options.

Have you tryed it in another computer?

If you do this. and it doesnt pop up.

Take it back,

as it could be a faulty disc.

I answered your other exactly the same question, clean it first then try again. If it doesn't work then, take it back and get a new one.
