Sims 2 double deluxe grocery truck? HELP FAST?

Question

In sims double deluxe, 1 of my characters ordered groceries over the phone but when the man came outside of his truck he looked as if he was frozen there and i cannot talk to him. And whenever i call the grocery truck again it doesnt make a diffrence.

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!...

Well, if you don't mind using cheats, you can get rid of the guy & his truck. In the lot, hold down CTRL+Shift then click C. Type in "moveobjects on" without the quotations. Go into buy mode, click the grocery truck, and delete it. Do the same thing to the guy. Problem solved! To turn it off, bring the cheat window up again and replace on with off. Good luck!

open the  cheat console  (  ctrl + shift + c)   and  use  the  move objects cheat  

delete  the frozen sim  

that should free him up again
