Sims 2 fam. creation screen?

Question

no problems goin blue but ..... all works ok can create just fine, but after creation at the load screen the hour glass keeps spinning.

perhaps its becauese it digital D/L no disc is that perhaps a reason why? I have sims 2 dbl deluxe and seasons have d/l the patches for both but i do have windows vista ty for everyones time and answers in advance take care for now and try ta have a good one

Vista causes a lot of problems make sure you have all cracks and go to the sims offical site and most likely you will find the answer, see below.
