Sims 2..is there a cheat that allows you to boost up your sims needs?

One way is to push ctrl-shift-c and type in "maxmotives", but I've found that doesn't always work. Another way is to push ctrl-shift-c and type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" WHILE YOUR IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD (its very important), and enter your family's house. Then you can just click and drag all your needs to completely green. You can also drag skills up, like their cooking skill or body skill.

It's not maxmotives right away.

Open up the cheat box ctrl + shif + c

Type in   boolproptestingcheatsenabled true

Then re-open the cheat box and then type in maxmotives

(you can also click on the needs bar and drag the levels all the way up)

Once you're finished turn off the boolprop cheat. To do that just open the cheat box and type in   boolproptestingcheatsenabled false. To turn of most cheats ending in true, you just rewrite the cheat and end it with false. This is one of the most important cheats to turn off, because if can seriously mess up your game and corrupt your files. Good Luck

Press Ctrl, C, and Shift at the same time then a little white bar shows up on the top of the screen type Maxmotives in it, make sure there are NO spaces. Then press enter and...

then, if you dont want to keep pressing maxmotives everytime ur sims motives get low, press CTRL+SHIFT+C again and type motivedecay (off)
