i have misplaced the serial code and i can't install it do u know wut i can do??

You're going to have to buy a new Nightlife. Once you misplace the serial code, you're basically a goner.

Legally, the only thing you can do is email EA and they might issue you a new one. Alternatively, you could use a code-generator to get a new code, but that's not official and usually for people with burnt copies.
