Sims 2 on vista laptop??

I have the sims 2 pc on my regular desktop computer, and i just got a new dell windows vista laptop. should i download the sims 2 on it? please tell me why or why not you think so.

it depends on which of the computers has better specs, more memory, better video card, etc.  If you desktop is already 4-5 years old, and the laptop is a newer model, Sims may run better on the laptop.  If the laptop has low-end integrated video, then Sims2 would run better on the desktop.  It's all about which computer best meets or exceeds the system requirements.

If you do decide to play on the laptop, get a mouse!  I've tried playing with the touch pad, and it's almost impossible.
