Sims 2 university build own college campus?

ok i was woundering i want to build my own sims 2 college campus cuse the dorms all suck cuse you cant build anything there and the greek house sucks cuse you have to controll all te sims there and you so how do i make my own college campus someone please reply

Build your dorm as you normally would any residential home.  Make sure you use the stove for university (silver, it has no oven?) when making the kitchen and make sure all the bedrooms have the dorm room doors.

When you are done, press ctrl+shift+c to open up the cheat box.

Enter changelotzoning dorm. Save and then exit to the neighborhood. You should now have a dorm.

If you want to you can also change existing dorms. When you enter the dorm, open the cheatbox again and type in

dormspecifictools disabled.

You should be able to access build mode.

On your neighborhood(Campus Neighborhood) screen in build mode you have the option of building your own "College Town". Also, when it asks you to choose your college town after installing the game you have the option of 2 college campuses or create your own.

When you build your own college town, the dormatories cannot be built from scratch though. You build the entire town the same way you build any other buildings/towns in Sims 2, except the dorms. Those are chosen from template dorms in the build mode.
