I am pretty sure that it comes out around the endish of march of 2009!  You can even pre-order it already!

If you go to http://www.thesims3.ea.com, they just updated their site. But EA/Maxis the creators of TheSims3 are releasing it in Early or somewhere in 2009. That's why it says 2009. But that could change so keep on looking at their page! Hope this helped! ^o^
