Sims Bustin Out for PS2?

OK I was wondering something...On Sims bustin out for PS2,can the charaters get pregnant and have kids and is there a cheat to help this? thankies!!

yes it is possible to have kids, but your female sims does not go though pregnancy. there is no cheats.

to get the child, you will need to kiss/make out with the opposite s*x, when the time comes, there will be a pop out saying that you have receive a child.
