Sims Cheats..Motherlode?? Help?

Hi, when im on my sims..and i pause my people...How do i make the white cheat thing come up to type in cheats?? Ive Treied ctrl..alt..c and ctrl..alt..shitf but it wont work??

At the cheat menu type in rosebud then ctrl alt c enter then type in motherlode and then you will get 50000 dollars !    :)ava06

to bring up "white cheat thing" (in technical terms, the console) you press Ctrl+Shift+C. then you type the cheats you want

it should work  unless you put in a hack  program thats stopping  the cheat code to come up

It works for me, I'm pretty sure i do ctrl alt c. Are you sure you are holding them all down. But do them in that order otherwise it wont work. If it doesn't work try ctrl alt z. But im sure its c instead of z. Hope this helps.

Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + C during game play to display a prompt in the upper left corner of the screen. Enter the following codes to activate each cheat. Note: Enter [Exclamation point] at the prompt to repeat the last cheat entered. Enter a [Semi-colon] between codes to enter multiple codes at the same time. Additionally, most of the codes will only work with the unpatched version of the game.
