Question

When i make a family it like freezes but i can still move my mouse.And sometimes when i go into a familey the scaeens black but i can still see who im playing with?Help!

your new computer might not have the game system requirements like memory,video card and processor.

My best guess is that your computer is too old and slow to support the Sims.  This happened to me too, and when I got a new computer, it worked just fine.  Sorry, that probably isn&#039;t what you wanted to hear, but I think that&#039;s the problem.

It might be your CD try taking it back and exchanging it for a new one. I would have suggested the old computer thing as well but seeing as you just got a new one Its prolly not that. You can also try to reinstall it. Delete everything then load it again.
