Sims2 Castaway Wii...?

Ok i managed to figure out how to go to Volcano Island, im up to the Gizer part, and i chiseld out the rock, but ill go to explore and my sim says it needs rest. it has planty of rest, every one of its needs is green, wht more can i do?
