Sims2 Free Time Direct 3D returned an Error? Help :)?

Question

So here is the problem. I am getting Direct 3D Returned an Error: D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE! The application will now terminate.

How can I get this to stop? I didn't have this problem with the previous sim game I had being Seasons.

I have updated my directX, drivers for my graphics card, and gotten the patch for the newest game.

Comp Spec:

Windows XP Professional

Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz, 2.99GHz, 1.00GB Ram

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 7300 GS

If there is any other specs you need to know let me know. I REALLY want this stupid error to stop!

Update FreeTime and then try. If it still doesn't work with the new update, contact EA Games themselves. They have a support email function.
