Simultaneous H1 & H4 interview?

My husband's H1b didn't get chosen in the lottery but mine did, I plan to have him apply H4 instead together w/ our child- would it lessen our chances to get approved if we go all together in one interview? Or is it better that I schedule each interview separately?

In reality, H4 interviews are quite simple. The only real question is whether or not the person applying for H4 status is in fact the spouse or child of the qualifying H1b applicant. Unless the H4 applicant has some sort of existing visa ineligibility based on some prior entry to the US or a prior visa application, there would be no reason not to approve, as long as the H1b principle applicant is approved.
