In the bible you never hear of the 5 obligatory prayers, speaking to Allah in only Arabic, and all the other Islam "rules"? If Allah is never changing wouldn't the laws be the same from Adam to Muhammed? Why with Islam there's all kind of "new" things going on?

  1. No. The Laws are the same from the beginning till the end. All the Prophets carried the Message of Allah that God is one, therefore the message of Islam has been spread to the people ever since Prophet Adam and then finally from Prophet Muhammad (Saww).

Allah granted this beautiful religion, Islam, to Prophet Muhammad (saww) and revealed Qur'an to Him and from there, He spread the clear and exact name of Islam (name of Allah) from Arabia and onwards.

  2. i`m not sure but just like Jesus changed, the jewish part to become Christian. I believe Muhammad changed ,Jewish belief to become Islam, much the same way. One faction became Christian, another faction became Islam. But Allah and the God of Abraham are the same. The rules and customs are mostly man made according to culture. The only part of Islam I find disturbing is that Muslims, feel that all people need to believe their way or they should be killed, I hope I`m wrong???

  3. Quran is only unedited SCRIPTURE of GOD

Christians and Jews admit themselves that their scripture are edited by men.

  4. Becuase we believe the bible has been tampered with and books were removed. A lot of the bible was lost in many translations also.

Jesus(pbuh) however did pray the way Muslims do that's something that stayed.

    All Prophets taught Islamis monotheism.

Islam was the last deen of Allah and with that is the last rule, guidance and the ultimate law.

  5. Because those were things that Muhammed stated needed to be done, not God.  God's word is the bible, both the OT and the NT and the quran is not the word of God.  God didn't change anything, Muhammed did.

  6. They want to be different.

  7. In the same way God of OT and NT should be different, isn't it? in OT God is unity and in NT He is trinity. in OT sins can be forgiven by repentance and in NT, you require blood of innocent.

However, here is the correct Islamic answer.

The Basic theme of religion of God does not and should change because it is from one God. As per laws, method of prayer etc. It can be abrogated and renewed. Since, ummah of Prophet Mohammed PBUH is dearest to God, He gave them best and eternal Law and rituals which He did not gave to Israelites. I know worshippers of trinity would hate to read this, but despite your deslike you can't change what God have chosen.

  8. Allah (swt) abrogated all the religions prior to Islam, Islam is the God's last message to the whole humanity.

is it mentioned in the OT that Jesus is a God? or even a prophet?

  9. 1) bcoz ur people change the original bible

    2) u said in Arabic!!!! bcoz ALLAH/GOD sent Muhammed to Arab people, and jesus,Moses,Abraham was sent to hebrew people ,that's why it's not in arabic

    3) as i said 1st ,it can't be the same coz ur people change every thing ,just look in the real life ,some christians say that Jesus is GOD and others say he is his son , and u have many different bibles ,isn't that illegitimate to u since u say why it's not the same

  10. The bible always changes..the Qur'an never changed and it will never.....and Noah (A.S), Moses (A.S), Abraham (A.S), and Jesus (A.S) always worships Allah (S.W.A).

And there is no new things going on in Islam.....IN Islam....things will always stay the same....

And different things are written in the bible because they belive different things.....

I hope you understand that there is no new things in Islam and there will never be...THings in Islam will stay the same forever....there will be no new things....

    THannx

  11. Allah does not change but human society has changed a great deal in the last six thousand years don't you think?  So I don't see why we should have the exact same "rules" as bronze age nomads did, even though we can believe the same basic things about God's oneness and our creation and ultimate judgement.  It's God's mercy that we have Islam which while giving us a firm foundation in tawheed, still facilitates our needs and circumstances in the present time and has the capacity to continue doing that long into the future, God willing.

  12. wow!  GOOD question!  you know, i've often wondered the same thing.  nowhere in the Bible do you hear about these 5 obigatory prayers or speaking to God only in Arabic.  it makes you wonder where the muslims get their information from---since this information isn't in the Bible, then it's not from God.  that only leaves one other source..........

  13. Allah has not changed and He revealed the same message to all His Prophets. In the Qur'an it states that the children of Israel (People of Moses, Jesus, Jacob, Joseph, etc..) were commanded to perform salah, carry out jihad, and other obligations that muslims have right now.

We believe, because we were told by our Prophet and Allah that the pervious texts were changed and especially the bible. The new testament is almost 100 percent man-made "holy book". We as Muslims have to believe that these books were sent down as a guide, but we are not obligated to follow from it because of the change that took place in them.

Otherwise, the Chirstians and the Jews originally had the same beliefs and practices...it is just that with time and century they began changing it....this is the beauty of the Qur'an, that it was not changed and we still have the original copy. truly amazing.

  14. Nothing new is going on. You havent heard of it in the bible coz the bible has been tampered so many times, taking out whatever they dont like and adding whatever fits their lifestyle. The bible will continue to change, but the Quran has never and will never change EVER.

  15. It has always been the same and it will always be the same. It will never change.

  16. huuuhhh? Noah, Moses, Abraham, and Jesus didnt worship Allah......They worshiped God.

  17. He has sent down to thee the Book containing the truth and fulfilling that which precedes it; and He has sent down the Torah and the Gospel before this, as a guidance to the people; and He has sent down the Discrimination. (3:3)

Those who follow the Messenger, the Prophet, the Ummi whom they find mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel which are with them. He enjoins on them good and forbids them evil and makes lawful for them the good things and forbids them the bad things and remove from them their burdens and shackles that were upon them. So those who shall believe in him and honour and support him and help him and follow the light that has been sent down with him - these shall prosper.(7:157)
