Since Da Brat plead guilty can she still appeal?

I'm wondering about Da Brat, 3 years for a fight seems retarded. I think the answer is no unless there was misconduct, I suppose she could appeal the length of the sentence.

They look at past arrest and also there are minimum for certain crimes.  The fight was more harsh than we thought or else she would  not of gotten that sentence.  No she can't appear the length.

Nope. When she pled guilty she agreed to face the consequences of her actions.

Most people make a huge deal about a star of today but in reality our childern look up to these people as royal molels and sadly enuff the "Stars" are the one thats always in trouble by the law or in jail or being sent to prision... SAD BUT SO TRUE!

sadly enuff when someone has tons of money money seems to get them off the hook faster than telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth...
