Since Gerbils don't drink that much water I still need to get a Water Bottle?

Just get a bottle it is easir for your gerbil hehe and it won't spill so no mess. =D

Actually, you should have got the water bottle when you got your Gerbil.

You should as it is essential.

Water bowl/dish is not safe since they might fall in them and get wet, which could lead to health problems.

They do knock bowls off, and wet cage is difficult to clean frequently.

Bottle is the safest and the best way to provide water.

Yes.  Even if they don't drink a lot you still need a water bottle.  I have gerbils and they still drink water.  Cups are messy so go with a bottle.

Yes. Even though they don't drink as much water as other rodents, they still need water available all the time. Water dishes aren't sanitary. They'll kick bedding into it. Then, they can't drink out of it. They may also get wet and could possibly catch a cold if they're wet enough and the room is cold enough. A water bottle is the best idea. Plus, I'd think that many gerbils wouldn't know how to drink out of a water dish.

hmmm... well i never had a gerbil b4 but i had a guinnea pig, 5 bunnies and now i have to hamsters and they all tiped over the bowl... the hamsters have a bottle tho.so i would deffntly! get a water bottle just get a small one.. and if u get a bigger one or somthing just dont fill it up the whole way..hoped this helped some good luck
