kinds of restrictions on it, and falsely proclaim that it was "God's Will"? Kind of laughable, isn't it?

  1. First, every word in the Bible is word inspired by God Himself, so word GIVEN to the "Bible Writers" to write.  Second, God only wants you to have a good, clean, respectful and healthy sexual relationship.  Orgies > Not clean, not respectful.  Masturbation > Not respectful. Adultery > not respectful and at times not clean.  But, this world is filled with idiots that dont want to listen.

  2. Who knows.  It drives me crazy when people take text from the Bible and take it very literally.  The people who wrote it were still human beings, right?  Maybe some of it is their personal belief instead of God's will?

  3. yes....totally agreed.

  4. I don't know what to believe

but I don't think s*x is evil, just natural

  5. I too believe as the other poster, that the Bible is God inspired....meaning, God "gave" the ideas and words to the men that wrote it...but....also it does have a lot of NON literal things in it.  And, not every form of s*x OUTSIDE a holy union of marriage (heterosexual) is an EVIL twist of nature.  Like for instance...somebody tell me where in the Bible that God says specifically NOT to m********e...?  I really would like to know, so I can change my views on this.  Somebody, please dont take words from the Bible and twist them to TRY and mean what you want it to mean...  and tell me where I can find that.  That all being said..., God does have a will, described in the Bible, and gave his "word" into the hearts, minds and pens of those men that wrote the Bible...  But, that doesnt mean that all the words are "literal"...  God has a deep mind and heart and expects us to use ours to analyze His teachings and concepts...
