have fun every day but don't be disappointed by setbacks. look at them as chapters in a book that you need to keep the story interesting. do things you dream about. go places you want to go. have your cake and eat it too. don't let anything or anybody stop you. trust people but most importantly, trust yourself. don't lose sight of what you want out of life. be kind but also determined. live, love, laugh.

You can spend your life counting the seconds or living life freely and with all your might filling meaning and love and joy and happiness and hope for those around you. Who themselves may not even have known that some people our there really do count their lives by counting seconds. Make your seconds count for something and seize the day!
