Since I'm 14 what should my average charges of babysitting be?

5$. When my daughter babysits they give her 5$ and hour. But if your not able to pay that no lower than 3$.

When I was babysitting around that age, I charged based on the age of the child and the number of children. If the child was potty trained, I charged $6 and hour per child, and any household duties incurred an extra $2 an hour charge. If the child was in diapers, I charged $8 an hour. That was 8 years ago, and the prices went over well. I would recommend charging more for diapered kids, regardless of the rate you pick.

$5/hr for the first kid.  $1/hr for each addition kid.  If the family can afford it, and if the kids are a lot of work.
