Since I downloaded the most recent Firefox upgrade even after shutting window Firefox will not 'go'?

Have tried end process from task manager but it still stays there! I am running Vista premium on dual core pentium..any ideas/fixes would be appreciated

if your desperate to remove this bug.problem then go to start, accessories, system tools, system restore, then restore your computer [ completely setting your computer back] to about 3 days back or less..

this will delete anything done within 3 days.. but its best way to fix firefox... or jst uninstall/delete then reinstall and stuff

Have you tried restarting?  I would do that first, and then if the problem persists take further action...

This recent Firefox has been giving everyone trouble, I gave up after a week. Go with Internet Explorer, they have a new version coming up which everyone is saying will trounce Firefox hands down. Even the current version 7 is very good.

Get the new IE8  its much better than firefox , I use them both IE8 leaves Firefox standing
