  1. if your not pumping while at work then start. do it NO LESS than every 3 hours. If you dont have your own office or anything then your work is OBLIGATED to have a private place for you to go to pump and a fridge for you to keep it in.  then nurse all baby's feeding at home. if your already doing this and stll dropping off then go get some FENUGREEK capsules. take 3 of them 3 times a day. i had to do this while  i was pumping while my baby was in the NICU and it worked like a charm

  2. Pump at work.  Either dump it or store it in a fridge until you get home.  It would be great if you could pump at work and have milk for your baby the next day.  Also, pump more often at home to increase it.   Try Fennel tea (health food store) to increase milk supply.

  3. pump when your at work. if your baby is nursing less, it will affect your supply. so pump while your at work and nurse more when your home and that will build your supply back up.

  4. i was wondering the same thing great answer

  5. Get some Fenugreek from the vitamin store (GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe if you're in the US).  Take 10-15 tablets a day.  You'll know you're taking the right dose when you start smelling like maple syrup.

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

Pump or nurse whenever you get the chance.

    Good luck, mama!
