Yes, beautifly, because he's black too.

You really ought to get of the racist c**p.

  1. Kwame Kilpatrick is an idiot...

  2. He could be in charge of "entertainment".

  3. I wish he would offer it to Colin Powell.

  4. Let's back up a step:  For those of you who don't know, Kwame Kilpatrick WAS the Mayor of the City of Detroit (and yes, he's a Democrat).  Today he entered into a plea deal where he pled guilty to two counts of obstructing justice and no contest to one count of assault.  The deal is he gets 120 days in prison, he resigns as Mayor, he surrenders his law license, he gets five years probation, he cannot run for public office while on probation, and he pays $1 million in restitution to the City of Detroit.

Here's the rest of the story:  He was charged with eight felony counts including perjury, the assault charge stems from accusations that he assaulted a man who was trying to serve a subpoena on him, he was having an affair with his Chief of Staff, Christine Beatty (they found thousands of text messages on his city-issued PDA from him to her), he also had an affair with an exotic dancer who was found dead less than a week after the Mayor's wife caught them together and went after the dancer with a baseball bat, he was accused of intimidating witnesses in a whistleblower's action involving the Detroit Police, and he is still under investigation for several large city contracts that were awarded to some of his closest friends and supporters.

The sad part is many people reading this question will be scratching their heads, since the mainstream media outside Detroit has done everything to hush this up.  Gee, could it have something to do with the fact that Kwame is a Democratic Super-Delegate?

To answer your question:  Obama has to get into office first, and after seeing the reaction of the liberals to Sarah Palin's speech last night, it's very clear that the liberals and the media are running scared.  But let's say for the sake of argument that Obama is elected -- I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Obama offered Kilpatrick the post of Attorney General, despite the fact that Kwame is supposed to surrender his law license as part of his plea deal.  But hey, Obama can pardon him...

  5. Hahahhaaa, I live in Michigan and I think Kwame is nothing but a THUG. I wouldn't doubt Obama would do something like that....give a black man another chance. Please, Kilpatrick is a dummy and wasted a large portion of Detroit's funding. He did nothing but dig a huge, poor city deeper into the ground. Good riddance!

    Edit:

JASSIE97: ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!? Kilpatrick is a DEMOCRAT!! McCain would NEVER go near Kilpatrick, he's got to be one of the most corrupt politicians of all time. Obviously you don't know much about him or you'd know he's far from being a republican. The dems even hate him, he's awful! If you lived in Michigan you'd know all about his $9+ million wasted in limos, liquor, strippers, cover-ups, affairs, Lincoln Navigators, assault charges, fleeing the country (yes he did!!!) and making people "not exist"....(I wonder if they ever will find that stripper who suddenly went missing....oh wait I don't think she ever existed. Yeah right!) So get your facts straight before you bash the Republicans when someone of YOUR party behaved this way. I'm smart enough to know that Democrats are embarrassed by this fool.

  6. Nope that'll be Rezco.

  7.   Will Palin appoint Larry the Cable Guy?

  8.   I'm sure McCain will...we all know how the Republican Party attracts corrupt, unmoral politicans!!!

  9. FUNNY!

  10. And maybe Marion Barry for Drug Czar!

  11. Why because he's black? What do they have in common?
