Question:

Since MO spinoff of KFT, Portfolio Is Not Working Right.?

Ever since the MO spinoff, my portfolio no longer shows the total that my portfolio is up or down on my home page; under that column, it now says "inf." When I go into the "Positions" view, it still does not show the "Price Paid" or "Gain" for the KFT shares, so the totals at the bottom don't include them, and the percentage change in the portfolio also doesn't include them. (I did click on the link to revise the portfolio after the spinoff.) Do I have to delete the portfolio and start over?

  1. Looks like your best bet is to report this directly to Yahoo!

Here's how to get to a page to report your problem directly to Yahoo!

In Yahoo!Finance, at the top right of the page, there's a help link. Click on that to get your here

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance...

Then click on one of the links on the left like quote basics. Here's that page:

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance...

Finally, at the bottom is the contact customer care button. Yes, it's convoluted, but that's one way to get there!

Oh, or just click here (if it works). (hard for me to test if it works since I clicked through to get there)

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/finance...

Once you get there and ask your question, they're pretty good at getting back to you, but you may have to ask/answer back and forth a couple of times.

    Hope that helps!
