I don't think so. The conflict with Georgia doesn't really involve the United States. Also, sadly, most people aren't even aware of what's going on over there. Just look at some of the answers above mine.

I think that if Russia performs well in Beijing at the Olympics that could generate more heat for Kozlov. Kozlov could get heat as a result of the Russia-Georgia thing if WWE goes overseas in the near future, but other than that, I don't think so.

I honestly didn't know that. I haven't watched the news or read the papers in a few weeks.

They probably will keep his character off of Smackdown TV for a while if that.
