Since U.S. Troops have 'surged' in baghdad while violence has increased in other parts?

of Iraq as well as Afghanistan, will the U.S. move the surge troops out of Baghdad and back to Afghanistan to quell the violence there? Is this like the rubber raft with multiple leaks, plugging each leak with a finger for awhile?

well yes.  Our Guys will be tools in the game until the Repubs are out of office.  Did you really think the Right and the Media would let anything seem like a failure?  NO of course not, no matter what including the current fragile alliance that allows tribes to have their little power bases while my buddies squat on baghdad corners keeping the violence low and media in check.

The whole situation sucks but now we broke and own it.
