Since University of Notre Dame translates to University of Our Lady, is the school big on Mary?

Do they push devotion to Our Lady and the Rosary and the various apparitions like Lourdes and Fatima, etc? I know that the French were big into Mary and that the Catholic religious order that founded and runs Notre Dame was of French origins.

literally our lady - refering to the Virgin Mary

Notre Dame does have several Marian devotions on campus reflecting the reason for the name.

One well known one is the Grotto that recreates Our Lady of Lourdes.

No it doesn't mean that and no they don't. In fact Notre Dame has gotten into some trouble with the Church for not being Catholic enough on some things.
