Since Y/A clearly doesn't believe in freedom of speech and expression and only has this for entertainment...

Now that this question will get a vioaltion notice because I'm talking bad about the biased Y/A whom does not belive in freedom of speech I wonder why they do it. Are they that hatefull of freeom, misguided political correctness, or want to be as narrow as possible and don't want people to have actual debate?

I have had several violation notices for reasons I see as stupid but what's your take?

Yes, Y/A I know you will delete this question and send me a violation notice saying I insuted someone or it's not really a question but it is. The question is why are you so anal about it?

What you need to realize is that Y/A is not a government entity, they are a private enterprise and your terms of service state you will not make comments or ask questions that will p**s anyone off. We may see it as stupid, but we don't pay for the service we use it for free.

i just sent them a big ol nasty letter myself, every time i post some thing pro America or anti obamination, they violate me, when they do i always contest it knowing they are going to do nothing but uphold it,, nothings going to save our country, short of an armed revolution

I don't think you understand what freedom of speech is.

Y!A is not the government, and I seriously doubt you are being thrown in jail for expressing your views on Y!A.  Y!A is under no obligation to use its resources for you to distribute your opinions, especially as a free service.

It is very possible that I would agree with you regarding specific occurrences where they deleted your comments... but please, don't try labelling it as a First Amendment issue, because it isn't.

Yep, you are dead on the money. I took the time the other day to take an idiot to task for implying that any White voter who doesn't vote for Obama is a racist and I was the one who got the violation notice.  Amazing, he violates the "community standards" and I get a violation notice.  

We all know that Yahoo leans so far to the left that they need a pillow so it's best that we just accept that they're Hypocritical Idiots and live with it.

I wouldn't blame it entirely on Y/A.  You know that someone reports the question before it is considered a violation!  Cry babies!  Cannot stand any opinion that contrasts their own!
