Since aang was the last airbender?

if he died the next avatar would be a waterbender. who would be his/her airbending master?

possibly aang, from the spirit world maybe?

nobody, and because of that the chain would be broken, thats why there is so much pressure on aang

Now there's a good question.  And that folks is why they ended the series. But, and this is an afterthought, Maybe none of the other avatars needed bending masters.  After all they were alot older when they were told that they were the avatar.  Aang was only told so young because the world was in danger at the time and the previous Avatar had vanished.  But they never really gave any background as to how they mastered their powers prior to that. Yea ok I'm reaching here.

At the end of the show Aang and Katara are together.  I'm sure Aang could have children who could Airbend so I think descendants of Aang would have to be the next Airbenders.

Maybe one of the Waterbender's from where ever he would be born it's kinda simple.
