  1. Does that  2% difference keep them from going bald?

  2. It is only humans that they need protection from.

  3. The day after they ask for the protection.  98% genetic similarity, still not the same as being humans.  The jury is still out on whether they are truly self aware or not.

  4. i feel that apes should be given same writes as humans. they have de same itelligo as us but no idea of creation. i know orangutans who can speek sign lingo

  5. I think you mean the difference between our DNA and there is less than 2%.  Jane Goodall is doing a good job in trying make people more aware of how similar they are to humans.  Maybe one day they will enough recognition to be protected.

  6. Only Humans have souls, a gift which God bestowed on 100% Humans alone.  That is not for us to question.  However, we should protect them, because they still have feelings, as Jane Goodall discovered in the 1960's when she spent 25 years in Kenya, Africa, in the rainforest, studding the premates.  We should deffinatly protect them, but they are not Human.

  7. A chimp is 100 per cent chimpanzee and zero per cent human.  They share around 98 per cent of our DNA.  A monkey probably shares 90 per cent but it is not 90 per cent human.  That being said, they clearly deserve to be protected.  They are far too intelligent to treat cruelly.  For the naturalists that pretends to know what has a soul, I wouldn't be so quick to judge, personally.

  8. But they aren't human. Humans don't differ between each other by more than half a percent, much less at least quadruple that. I think chimps should be protected, but they ain't humans. Sorry.

  9. NO cuz anything that picks up it's own poo and throws it at you is obviously not human

  10. Umm fella chimps ..ARE NOT 98% HUMAN ! lol

  11. Look at a chimp.

Do you ever think anyone could ever say, "That's a person!"?

    Neither do I.
