  1. Yes.  it isn't real food

  2. YES!  But keep in mind moderation is the key.  Trans fats is not the only thing to watch out for.  Our bodies can make cholesterol out of anything and everything.  Its just easier with things like trans fats. However, fried foods are still high in fat and calories and sodium.  So over the long term, they will result in increases in blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc, and you may wonder why you don't have the stamina you once did?  Try running an engine on paste-if that gives you a fairly clear analogy.  (We all have to indulge once in a while though-lol)

  3. Any food can be unhealthy if you eat large quantities of it.

Eat what tastes good, but don't be a glutton.

  4. Yes, because they use the lowest quality-rated food allowed by law.

  5. Yes the food is still unhealthy. There is heaps of preservatives, colours, and additives in mcdonalds food. My son has intollerances to food additives etc, if he were to eat a burger from mccas he would go nuts. :(  I think if a lot of parents looked at what they were feeding there kids, behavioural problems in kids would be so much less. But if you dont have intollerances, i would only eat mccas every now and again cos the stuff in it is still not good for you.

Aparently there is so much preservative in the burgur buns that if you left one sitting on the bench for a year it would not form mould or anything!!! Is anyone gonna try it?? lol

  6. Very unhealthy but DELICIOUSLY tasty!!! :)

  7. It's still loaded with fat and calories.  But yummy I can almost taste the french fries just thinking about them!

  8. Yes, the quality of meat they use is nauseating.  Have you seen Fast Food Nation?
