    if you treat yourself once in a while, it wont harm you

    but if its once a week or more, that may make it harder for your time to improve

    its all about how often you eat it

    The truth is, Mc Donalds is not as bad as people portray it to be.

    Most people have a bad image of micky D's because all the American people eat it but don't exercise at all and everything in the food just turns your body weak and fat.

    in reality, if you eat there more than 2 times a week, you may hinder your performance. Mc donalds's food has decent protein and calories that you would undoubtedly burn off in one practice. So it wont hurt you unless, like any other food, you eat too much of it.

    You should also know what to eat the day of your races - not mc donalds.

    Basically, mickey D's will only hurt if you eat too much of it; too much would be 3+ times a week and/or very large servings of food. (3+ burgers/ orders of items).

    If you do over indulge, you might get a high blood pressure, and clog arteries as well as damage other internal functions.

    You wont really feel the harm from fat and calories though.

    I used to eat it semi often, back when it was a little less healthy and it didnt hurt me too much in the long run but i was really careful. so just be careful and dont over eat when it comes to fast food and junk.

  8. no, it will not. i run xc also, and i LOVEEE fast food. just dont eat to much of it and dont ever eat it the day before or the of the race, or else you might not feel so good pr perform at ur top level

  9. not necissarily...just don't make it a bad habit to go there constantly. if you're running cross country, you should eat healthier than the typical mcdonalds meal.

  10. If  you eat McDonalds every day or a couple of times a week it will eventually mess you up. So I would say not to eat it. But ifyou hardly ever and get it as a treat once in while it won't effect you
