Since is started working, i started gaining weight.?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to loose weight but at the same time gain some chest muscles. i was on a healthy diet and i was loosing weight...but since i started working out, i started gaining weight. Is this okay? i weight 175, height is 5.10....

is that in a healthy weight scale?

  1. go you! you have gained muscle! muscle weighs more then fat so you should be ok. trust your mirror and what that tells you about yourself!


  2. you are gaining muscle not fat as you gain weight..and that is a healthy scale

  3. Yeh if you work out properly, as in build muscles using weights etc, you actually gain weight. But don't worry because this weight is healthy and not fat, so it will improve your appearance and not make you look fat
