Since its summer, my sleeping pattern has changed.?

I have been staying up until 2am or 5am and sleeping until 12pm or 3pm was the latest. I need to get back into a regular sleeping pattern because school starts next month. I wasn't tired at all last night so I just stayed up and now its 6am. I'm all ready for my day, so I should be tired tonight right? So I can go to sleep around 8pm or 9.

  1. I have the same problem!

    Today, I decided, since I wasn't tired I'm just going to stay up the whole day and then go to sleep early--like you said. What you might want to do is take a brief nap in the middle of the day. Like and hour or so, just so you don't completely wear yourself out.

    It worked last summer, and now I'm going to do it again.

    You should try going to sleep early at least a week or two before school starts again, good luck.

    i pulled an all nighter talking to this guy until 7 am.
