Does this mean they are closed on Sunday? My friend wants to talk to his Marine recruiter in person, but when he called no one answered today, so since many of people know this stuff on here I thought I would ask so I can let my friend know.

  1. Even reqruiters get days off.  They will work with poeple though.  If Sundays are the only day your friend has available, have him call the dude and set up an appointment.

  2. Most are off on Sunday. You said "his" recruiter. Does this mean he has already talked to him? If so, he should call tomorrow and either make an appointment or visit the office. Recruiters are there to sign people up, but you cannot think you are the only person they are dealing with.

  3. yes they are closed...the recruiter normally will get two days off a week and one is sunday and then another day during the week..he isnt on call 24/7

  4. Make an appointment. They would be willing to perhaps come out to meet your friend on a Sunday. I don't know if they have set hours. But they'd be willing to work with your friend!

  5. Recruiters get Sunday's off (and usually Saturday's unless they're running poole functions). :-) Have your friend call during normal business hours and set up an appointment with the recruiter that he talked to before. The majority of recruiters and very flexible with their schedules and willing to work with yours... If Sunday is the only day your friend has to meet face-to-face then chances are the recruiter will set an appointment with him for a Sunday that way they can actually sit down and talk.

  6. duh, Do you know any government offices that are open on Sundays?!

  7. They will be not be open. If you need to meet outside of their normal business hours, you may be able to call and make an appointment.
