  1. Nope but we can give the Bush Administration credit for a wake up call that we can only count on ourselves in times of emergencies and credit for Vietnam all over again.

    And I am soooo grateful that Gustav was weakened before it hit. It could have been so much worse and my heart and prayers go out to the ones who were affected by this storm.....x♥x

  3. That's probably one of the few things this administration is NOT responsible for, but during the Carter Administration there were rumors of experimental weather machines to cause earthquakes, tidal waves etc... so who knows?

  6. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Only we had nothing to do with it weakening. That was the jet stream it followed. But at least people were prepared for it this time due to early warning alerts. LOL Papa
