Since the FFA lists owners of aircraft registration number, why doesn't CA?

  1. if the Future Farmers of America already maintains a list why should California maintain another one?


  2. first off, it's the FAA not FFA. second, yes there is a national regestry for airplanes. Each state also has a listing for aircraft regestered in that state. They can also access the national regestry very simply. I'm not sure why you would think Calif. can't?
