Can people sue the FDA directly (if they are harmed or killed by a product approved by them), since they are the ones who gave the approval? Do you think that they will be more careful about the things that they approve, either way?

  1. Can people sue the IRS?

    This is a rhetorical question

  2. Good question!  History shows that the government is often treated as being above the law and have literally gotten away with murder (deadly biological and radiation testing, etc.).  But I hope that people will join in a class-action lawsuit against the FDA--things will never change otherwise and will get worse!
