This could very well be what the bible call "separating the wheat from the tares".

Matthew chapter 13 verses 24-30 and 36-43



24, "Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way

26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

36 ... Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Wheat would be Christians, the seed would be the word of GOD planted into mankinds hearts (ground).

The tares are those who come and plant their lies in order pluck out the seed (the word of GOD), and destroy the seeds fruit.

As the Christian's slept, (remained silent), when I was a child, the tares came and removed the word of GOD (the seed) from our schools, and eventually our courts, now they want the word out of ever government places.

We would have to split every state and most cities and counties into two.

The other alternative would be a massive population transfer to sort everyone out.  A quick look into history will see how well that worked out in India and Pakistan.

My money is on the blue states. Not as well armed, but definitely wealthier...actually, I expect that that scenario would play out pretty much the same as the last civil war.

Southerners (Johnny Red) are more aggressive and have more weapons but their apprehension of economics and international relations would likely land them exactly where the "War Between the States" did back in 1865: a second rate, colonized, agricultural protectorate of the industrialized north.

because that would actually require taking action....not just pushing away from the lap top and engaging in reality....but real, difficult, life-risking action...

....it's the easiest thing in the world to cry when you want something...babies learn that right away....but as one becomes an adult, other methods involving character, courage and personal accountability need to be developed...

I'm sure you'll find that the percentage of those who are "split" who are willing to actually take action for themselves....let alone in the name of others...is significantly less...

Republicans in the South and Midwest are defendant on liberal states in the North and West for darn near everything. They like progressives because we innovate and make real wealth that they can steal for pork projects to pay off their friends.

OR, we could just obey the Constitution. In which each state would run itself, not be controlled by Washington D.C.

That way California can be a communist state and the south can live in freedom. All we have to do is dismantle the federal government and return power to the states. I know, it's crazy doing exactly what the Constitution says.
