Since the morning both of my eyes are burning, red and I feel as if there's somthing in them?

Go to the doctor, you could have an infection.

It could leave you blind if you don't get it treated.

try eye drops or alleergy pills.

Sounds like a case of conjunctivitis, but without seeing it would be hard to answer for sure.  If it is conjunctivitis, it is VERY contagious, so be careful NOT to touch your eyes, and wash your hands VERY often, and don't allow others (especially little children) near you.  Conjunctivitis is a viral infection and is harmless other than the annoyance.  It should clear up in a few days.  Until then, there's not much you can do about it.  When it DOES clear up, toss your bedding in the laundry so that it can't spread to others who might happen to be in your bed.
