Since the zip line tragedy in April, is anyone fearful of doing this?

I know a woman died doing this not too long ago but, I still badly want to do this. Am I crazy? Have you ever done this & did you feel safe?

Yes i did at camp i was scared at first but then i saw how many harneses they had on you

I didn't hear about any tragedy.

They provide you with a harness, helmet and hand gear. Just follow the instructions and you will have a fun time.

I didnt do this but I did do parasailing which is just as high up & your only strapped by 2 ropes-scary -h**l yeah but definealty worth it

what happened with the lady really was a tragic accident but accidents can happen anytime anyplace

when I was younger I remeber this guy coming into my school to give a seminar on his book "triumph over tragity"

A drunk driver drove through there house & killed his wife =(

I know its kind of off topic but ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN-so go for it

what zip line tragedy? I've done it before, it's totally safe.As safe as the person who's overlooking it. you have to make sure with anything where theres a risk that the people who are running things are reliable. Did they not maintain the line? the harnace? IT was probably some idiots fault, and probab;y got in huge trouble.  YOu have to make sure wherever you go has a good reputation.
