  1. The religion of the justices on the Supreme Court is irrelevant.  In years gone by, all the justices were protestants.  So what?  It could be that catholics are the largest single religion on the Supreme Court, but so what?  They are not a monolithic group that take orders from the Pope.  I thought that JFK had laid to rest the irrational fears of catholics running the country.

  2. We do?  I thought the justices based their decisions according to the law.

    God bless.

  3. They do?

  4. Justices with a Catholic religious affiliation became the majority when Samuel Alito was appointed in January 2006.

Although it doesn't matter a bit.

  5. Last Tuesday about 3:00 p.m.  Or was it Thursday?

  6. Do you have the school bus case of 40 or so years ago as your point of reference?  All decisions are based on the facts of that case and the school busing case was well reasoned.  I am not sure what you are asking.   Is there a recent case that has angered you?

  7. Could you provide some basis for this statement and why you feel this way? I don't know what your talking about. Did they do something moral or ethical, I guess we should call anythign like that religious and not human decency.
