My brother a die hard democrat always said he hated me growing up,,, and I of course him..... every chance he could he would tease me, ridicule me...etc.....does that count?

I think all people mock and jeer despicable people, regardless of party affiliation.

I've seen a boatload of it since Barack Obama won the nomination.  It wasn't enough to win the nomination.  Many of his supporters are still whining about Hillary Clinton and taking every opportunity to insult her.  I'm not really sure what it is they wish her to do at this point.  She is campaigning hard for Obama - more than any nomination loser has for any winner in modern history.  But that's still not enough for them, at least the ones I have been encountering lately.  I'm sure you are probably referring to something else.  But your question applies to this as well.
